City Manager – Society Acquisition

About the role

The City Manager – Society Acquisition will own the residential society vertical for a designated city, building and leading an on‑ground team to acquire housing societies, run BTL campaigns, and deliver high‑quality service. The role focuses on rapidly scaling recurring revenue to target levels within the first three months.

Key responsibilities

• Own city‑level demand generation and revenue targets, aiming for ₹8–10 lakh in month 1 and ₹25–30 lakh by month 3 through subscriptions, repeat orders, and new acquisitions.
• Manage, mentor, and drive a team of four Society Sales Executives to meet daily acquisition and activation goals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with Resident Welfare Associations, Management Committees, and other society stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operations to fulfill demand, monitor service quality, and resolve customer issues to ensure retention.
• Plan and oversee Below‑The‑Line activations, promotional kiosks, and resident engagement activities in targeted premium societies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B2C sales, hyper‑local operations, or team leadership, preferably interacting with housing societies.
• Strong ability to manage on‑ground sales teams and drive performance against aggressive revenue targets.
• Highly proactive with a knack for closing deals with RWAs and managing field activations.
