Citrix VDI Engineer (4-8 yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Citrix VDI Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The role involves managing and supporting Citrix virtual desktop infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Citrix components such as Storefront, Delivery Controller, and Virtual Delivery Agent.
• Manage image deployment using PVS and MCS.
• Configure and maintain Citrix MPX and VPX ADC appliances.
• Deploy and support user profiles with Citrix CPM and FSLogix.
• Handle Citrix imaging, application deployment, and virtualization tasks.
• Monitor and meet KPIs for infrastructure, storage, servers, and network related to VDI.
• Automate system procedures and develop standard operating procedures for the VDI environment.
• Provide support to system administrators, network engineers, and telecommunications staff.
• Travel as needed and work after‑hours for critical issues.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in Citrix VDI environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and handle on‑call responsibilities.
