About the role
NAI Coffee Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its production team in Noida and seeks a dedicated Chocolate Machine Operator. You will work on state‑of‑the‑art chocolate processing lines, ensuring smooth operation and consistent product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chocolate processing equipment throughout the production shift.
- Follow standard operating procedures to maintain hygiene and food‑safety standards.
- Perform routine checks, adjust machine settings, and report any deviations.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitising, and minor maintenance of equipment.
- Document production data and quality metrics as required.
Required profile
- Prior experience in chocolate manufacturing or a related food‑production environment.
- Understanding of production processes, hygiene protocols, and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
