Chief of Staff – CBO Office

About the role

The Chief of Staff to the Chief Business Officer supports HUFT’s growth agenda by partnering with the CBO on high‑impact strategic and operational initiatives. You will work across the Edibles business, Digital Commerce and other growth projects, translating strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CBO to define and execute strategic priorities across multiple business verticals, including growth opportunity analysis and business case development.
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of high‑priority initiatives across Category, Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, Finance, Product and Operations, tracking progress and mitigating risks.
• Support business planning, operating reviews and leadership dashboards, analysing performance and recommending improvements.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders across functions and act as an extension of the CBO’s office to accelerate execution and alignment.
• Lead special projects and new‑business opportunities, helping to incubate and scale emerging priorities.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in Management Consulting, Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, Business Strategy or Business Operations.
• Proven ownership of cross‑functional initiatives in a high‑growth startup or consumer business.
• Exposure to Consumer, D2C, Retail, FMCG or Digital sectors is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable institution; an MBA is a plus.
