About the role

The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will lead all financial, commercial, and operational accounting strategies for a minerals processing plant. This executive position focuses on optimizing working capital, managing trade finance, and ensuring compliance with financial and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

Direct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the plant.
Optimize working capital and manage forex hedging activities.
Oversee trade finance, commodity pricing, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
Ensure IFRS reporting, regulatory compliance, and ERP implementation.
Lead risk‑management and capital‑allocation decisions.

Required profile

12 to 15 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in heavy‑industry or mining.
Proven track record in financial modelling, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
