About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead KodNest, an education and career‑launch platform that helps fresh engineering graduates secure their first IT job. Based in Belgaum, the CEO will provide strategic direction, uphold our mission of equal career opportunities, and drive growth across training programmes, partnerships and student success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the organisation’s vision and long‑term strategy.
• Oversee daily operations, senior leadership teams and resource allocation.
• Develop and nurture relationships with industry partners, investors and other stakeholders.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting and sustainable revenue models.
• Monitor performance metrics and make data‑informed decisions to improve learner outcomes.
• Represent KodNest at conferences, events and public forums.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture and mentor team members.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in education, training or technology‑focused organisations.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Solid background in office administration and administrative assistance.
• Experience with accounting, budgeting and financial management.
• Track record of building strategic partnerships and driving organisational growth.
