Chef Recruiter – Hospitality & Cruise Hiring

About the role

ROHI Global Services is seeking a dynamic Chef Recruiter with a hospitality background to join its growing recruitment team. This position is ideal for professionals from hotels, restaurants, or cruise ships who want to transition into talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for cruise ship and hospitality positions.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess technical skills and suitability.
• Evaluate resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates for documentation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong database of hospitality professionals.

Required profile

• Background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Cruise Industry.
• Previous experience as a Chef, F&B professional, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, or Hotel Operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Good interviewing and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target‑oriented mindset.
