About the role
Join TTEC as a Chat Customer Service Representative in Nagpur, providing assistance to customers through chat, text, email, social media and other non‑verbal platforms. You will help resolve issues quickly and compassionately, turning ordinary interactions into exceptional experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer communications via written channels only.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a friendly tone.
- Collaborate with a Team Lead and contribute to overall team performance.
- Work flexible hours to support a 24/7 service environment.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (freshers are also welcome).
- Excellent written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable using computers and basic software tools.
- Willingness to work in a rotating 24/7 schedule.
