Chartered Accountant – Internal Audit

About the role

Green Metrics is seeking a full‑time Chartered Accountant to lead internal audit activities at its Warangal office. The role focuses on ensuring robust financial governance, supporting sustainable business practices, and aligning audit outcomes with regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document internal audits across finance and operational functions.
• Review financial statements, test controls and assess compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements and monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports for senior management and participate in periodic management reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop policies that enhance transparency and accountability.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized professional body.
• Proven experience in internal audit, risk assessment, or assurance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Warangal, manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
