CEO Faculty – Executive Strategy Instructor

About the role

Accredian is seeking a senior faculty member to lead executive‑level strategy sessions for its CEO Faculty program. The role involves designing and delivering high‑impact learning experiences that help senior professionals sharpen their strategic thinking and drive organisational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate sessions on business strategy, competitive advantage, growth, market expansion and business model innovation, tailored to each executive cohort.
• Lead discussion‑based and simulation‑driven learning that moves strategy from theory to practice.
• Create original case studies, strategic frameworks and business challenges across industries and geographies.
• Guide leadership conversations on transformation, disruption and adaptive strategy, linking intent with execution.
• Challenge participants to test assumptions and develop well‑reasoned strategic positions using Socratic inquiry and structured debate.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience at the intersection of strategy and leadership in consulting, corporate strategy or senior management.
• Deep expertise in one or more areas such as competitive strategy, growth, market entry, digital transformation or innovation management.
• Proven track record facilitating executive‑level learning for professionals with 10‑25 years of experience.
• MBA from a top‑tier institution; doctoral or research credentials are a plus.
