Carpenter – Guest Repair & Maintenance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our Engineering & Facilities team in Mobor, Goa. The role focuses on responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all tools and equipment are kept in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest repair requests and communicate solutions promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical room assets.
• Inspect, clean, lubricate, and repair carpentry, painting, drywall, and wood‑trim items.
• Handle basic plumbing (toilet plunging, drain unclogging) and electrical tasks (lamp replacement, switch/outlet repair).
• Operate HVAC components, replace filters, and adjust air‑handler schedules.
• Use Lockout/Tagout procedures before any maintenance work.
• Maintain landscaping, including sprinkler systems.
• Document daily activities and hand over information to the next shift.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and follow safety policies.
• Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication with guests and team members.
