About the role

GloLicense Solutions Private Limited is seeking a motivated Career Recruiter to connect healthcare professionals with international career opportunities, primarily across the GCC region. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding candidates through licensing pathways and matching their skills with market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals to understand their qualifications, experience and career aspirations.
• Identify and assess candidates suitable for international placements.
• Explain licensing requirements, eligibility criteria and required documentation.
• Maintain regular follow‑up via calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Handle a high volume of inquiries while keeping accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with recruitment, licensing and operations teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Participate in outreach events, seminars and workshops.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and digital channels.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
• Effective multitasking, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Result‑driven and target‑oriented mindset.
