Care Coordinator – Registered Nurse

About the role

The Care Coordinator – Registered Nurse is a field‑facing position that brings PRVNT’s preventive health insights directly to members at their doorstep. You will act as the primary human connection, translating AI‑driven recommendations into real‑world clinical actions across hospitals, labs, homes, and medical‑tourism settings.

Key responsibilities

• Escort members to hospital visits, specialist consultations and procedures, coordinating check‑in, queuing and transport.
• Accompany patients to diagnostic labs, manage specimen collection, ensure chain of custody and relay results to the clinical team.
• Provide in‑home clinical services such as IV fluid and vitamin infusions, vital‑sign monitoring, wound dressing, catheter care and medication dispensing.
• Maintain real‑time updates on the PRVNT platform regarding patient status, test preparation and outcomes.
• Educate patients on pre‑test requirements and support international health‑tourism guests throughout their care journey.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with a valid nursing license.
• Strong clinical competence and ability to work autonomously in diverse settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with patients during vulnerable moments.
• Willingness to travel across Chennai and manage patient transport logistics.

Required skills

• IV infusion and medication administration.
• Phlebotomy and specimen handling.
• Vital‑sign monitoring (BP, glucose, SpO2, temperature, weight).
• Wound dressing and catheter care.
• Medication dispensing and patient counseling.
• Documentation on digital health platforms.
