About the role

Futurists Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a creative Campaign & Content Strategist to turn business objectives into memorable social media campaigns. You will work across multiple client accounts, shaping content strategies that drive engagement and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign strategies and monthly content plans for several brands.
• Conceptualise creative ideas for product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand activations.
• Design content pillars, storytelling frameworks and social media narratives.
• Generate viral‑ready reel concepts, hooks and short‑form video ideas.
• Identify trends, cultural moments and opportunities for brand participation.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and video editors to produce assets.
• Prepare and present creative briefs and campaign proposals to clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies based on insights.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in content strategy, campaign planning or social media strategy.
• Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong ability to link business goals with audience engagement.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and communication skills.
