Caller – Outbound & Inbound

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Caller to manage both outbound and inbound calls for our digital solutions clients in Coimbatore. The role supports lead generation, client inquiries, and coordination with our sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to prospective clients and inbound calls from existing customers.
• Explain digital marketing, web design and development services in clear, concise language.
• Answer client queries, provide information, and guide them through service options.
• Record call details accurately in the CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Meet daily and weekly call volume targets while ensuring a professional and positive caller experience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving call quality.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication in English and local languages with confident phone etiquette.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and web services concepts.
• Experience in telecalling, customer support or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good listening skills, patience and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM tools and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work on‑site in Coimbatore, manage time effectively and achieve call targets.
• Minimum education: higher secondary; a graduate degree is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn about digital services and adapt to feedback.
