About the role
We are looking for motivated Call Centre Executives to handle both inbound and outbound customer calls. The role focuses on delivering professional, efficient service while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet call centre targets and improve performance.
- Apply problem‑solving skills to manage and, when necessary, escalate challenging situations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in every interaction.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Required profile
- Graduation in B.Com or BBA.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Effective communication and teamwork orientation.
