Call Center Representative – Real Estate Telecaller

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Call Center Representative to act as a Real Estate Telecaller. You will engage prospective property buyers, qualify leads, explain residential and commercial projects, and arrange site visits for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, property portals, referrals and other marketing channels.
• Understand customers’ property requirements, preferred location, configuration and budget.
• Explain relevant residential and commercial projects clearly and professionally.
• Qualify prospects and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups, update lead status and remarks in the CRM, and re‑engage old or inactive leads.
• Coordinate with sales executives for scheduled site visits and work toward daily calling, qualified‑lead, site‑visit and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and convincing skills; Hindi is essential, English preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections and managing leads.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and target‑oriented; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with WhatsApp for business communication.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
