About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Call Center and Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 support team in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels while ensuring a professional and courteous experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

Answer and manage calls, chats, and emails in English and Hindi.
Follow up on open cases and drive them to closure.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Work in rotating shifts to support round‑the‑clock operations.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Minimum 1 year of call‑center experience, preferably in fintech projects.
Immediate availability to start.
Willingness to work in a shift‑based environment.

Required skills

Experience with CRM tools.
Familiarity with Freshdesk (preferred).
