CA / CA Intermediate – Compliance & Tax Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified CA or CA Intermediate professional to join our team in Agra. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive compliance and tax services to our clients, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ROC and MCA compliance filings and updates.
• Prepare and file Income Tax returns (ITR) for corporate clients.
• Handle GST return preparation, filing and related compliance tasks.
• Oversee TDS/TCS calculations, deductions, and filing requirements.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
• Interact with clients to understand their compliance needs and provide timely solutions.

Required profile

• CA or CA Intermediate qualification.
• Practical knowledge of ROC, GST and Income Tax regulations.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Capability to manage client compliance matters independently.
• Prior experience in a CA or consultancy firm is preferred.
