Butler – Luxury Hospitality Position

About the role

The Butler is the primary face of the St. Regis Butler program, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to guests from pre‑arrival through departure. This role blends hospitality expertise with proactive guest engagement in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke experiences and services throughout the guest stay.
• Coordinate Butler Valets and ensure other departments are prepared to meet guest needs.
• Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and act on them promptly.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and uphold uniform and appearance standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 6 months of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Passion for service, impeccable interpersonal skills, and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Physical ability to be on feet for extended periods and handle light lifting.
