Business Executive Trainee – Field Sales (Fresh Graduates, Bhubaneswar)

About the role

Ekatraa Assistance Private Limited is looking for energetic fresh graduates to join as Business Executive Trainees in Bhubaneswar. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on field sales, vendor acquisition and business development for India’s first AI‑driven event services marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard event service providers across multiple categories.
• Explain Ekatraa’s technology platform, value proposition and onboarding process.
• Conduct regular field visits in Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas to build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Collect and update vendor information, pricing and service details in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with quality standards.
• Support promotional campaigns and vendor engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, conversions and follow‑ups.
• Achieve monthly vendor acquisition and business development targets.

Required profile

• Fresh MBA, Management, B.Tech, BBA or any graduate (age ≤ 25).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and willing to work extensively in the field.
