Business Executive Trainee – Field Sales (Fresh Graduates, Bhubaneswar)

About the role

The Business Executive Trainee will join Ekatraa’s field sales team in Bhubaneswar, focusing on vendor acquisition for India’s first AI‑driven event services marketplace. This full‑time, on‑site position is designed for fresh graduates (maximum age 25) who are eager to work in the field, travel across the city and build relationships with event service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new vendors across multiple event service categories.
• Explain Ekatraa’s technology platform, value proposition and onboarding process.
• Complete all required documentation and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Conduct regular field visits in Bhubaneswar and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of vendors.
• Support promotional campaigns and vendor engagement activities.
• Track meetings, leads, conversions and achieve monthly acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Fresh MBA, Management, B.Tech, BBA or any graduate (age ≤ 25).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and comfortable with extensive field work.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Odia, Bangla or other Indian languages is a plus.
