About the role

The Business Development Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Pune. The role focuses on identifying and onboarding suitable restaurant partners, managing lead‑generation activities, and building a steady pipeline of prospective collaborations. The specialist also conducts market research to understand local demand, competitive offerings, and growth opportunities for Dil Brands.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective restaurant partners and present Dil Foods’ value proposition.
• Negotiate partnership terms and support partners through the onboarding process.
• Maintain ongoing relationships, gather feedback, and ensure partner success.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth operations and seamless integration.
• Track performance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research to analyze local demand, competition, and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision‑making.
• Effective verbal and written communication with the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.
• Lead‑generation and prospecting experience to identify, qualify, and nurture potential partners.
