Business Development & Sales Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development / Sales Manager to lead and manage our field sales team. You will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring the sales team meets its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and guide the field sales team
• Set daily and monthly sales targets
• Plan field visits and territory activities
• Generate new business opportunities
• Build relationships with business partners
• Track team performance and sales
• Conduct regular team meetings and follow-ups
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Support the team in achieving business targets

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Telugu & English communication
• Leadership and team‑management skills
• Willingness to travel for field work
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated
• Experience managing field sales teams is a plus
