Business Development Officer

About the role

Sigosoft, an AI‑driven software development firm, is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive sales of digital platforms, SaaS products and AI solutions across global markets. The role focuses on leveraging AI tools for lead generation, market research and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads using AI‑powered research and LinkedIn automation tools.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales cycles for software projects, from requirement gathering to proposal delivery.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals with the technical team.
• Manage CRM pipelines, follow‑up activities and long‑term client relationships.
• Explore and expand business in GCC, Africa and Europe.
• Contribute to strategic growth planning and market positioning.

Required profile

• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of software development (web, mobile, APIs, SaaS).
• Confidence in client interaction and negotiation.
• Data‑oriented, ambitious and comfortable using technology daily.
• Must be based in Kerala, India.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and LinkedIn AI automation.
• Experience using CRM systems with AI features.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation techniques.
