About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer specialized in IT and SaaS solutions to drive growth for our clients in Kochi. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and closing sales to meet quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the IT and SaaS market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
Promote and sell IT services and SaaS solutions, tailoring proposals to client needs.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT sales and SaaS product sales.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
