About the role

Nexora, a technology‑driven firm specializing in business automation and digital transformation, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives. You will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, nurturing key accounts, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and market research.
  • Engage CXOs, founders, and decision‑makers to present Nexora’s solutions and convert leads into contracts.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage end‑to‑end client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and development teams to guarantee timely project execution and resolve client issues.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track revenue targets, and provide market insights to leadership.

Required profile

  • 5–12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Services, SaaS, or Consulting.
  • Proven track record of B2B client acquisition and deal closure, preferably with corporate or enterprise accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
