About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Business Development Manager in Kozhikode to identify, develop and close new business opportunities for its software development services. The role calls for a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Identify partnership opportunities.
Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand.
Think critically when planning projects to ensure their success.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

Required profile

MBA in Marketing.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in software marketing.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies in the software development segment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Focused and goal-oriented.
