Business Development Manager – Luxury Packaging

About the role

We are seeking a systematic, consulting‑mindset Business Development Manager to lead outbound acquisition for our luxury packaging portfolio. Working remotely and aligned with German/CET business hours, you will target top French and American luxury houses across beauty, fashion, hospitality and jewelry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and target new business opportunities across global luxury sectors.
• Conduct structured interviews with marketing and purchasing leaders to uncover pain points and shape sales strategy.
• Build and manage a data‑driven pipeline, moving prospects from cold outreach to qualified opportunities.
• Develop trust‑based relationships with decision‑makers at leading luxury companies.
• Collaborate with operating teams to refine the sales process and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in active outbound sales hunting, prospecting, or structured management consulting.
• Strong familiarity with luxury packaging (secondary packaging, bags, textiles, gift items, merchandising).
• Data‑driven approach to sales development and pipeline building.
• Full availability aligned with German/CET working hours.
• Professional English; French fluency is a strong plus.
