Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive hospital partnerships for ClaimBuddy’s insurance reimbursement and cashless claim solutions. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare institutions, negotiating agreements, and generating revenue through strategic collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new hospitals and healthcare institutions for partnership opportunities.
• Meet hospital owners, administrators and key decision‑makers to present ClaimBuddy’s solutions.
• Pitch insurance reimbursement claim support and cashless claim services.
• Conduct regular field visits and face‑to‑face meetings with hospital management.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close agreements and achieve acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with Claims, Operations, Cashless and other internal teams for onboarding.
• Maintain a sales pipeline, update CRM and prepare management reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 1‑2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or related sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and meetings.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
