Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying and engaging prospective schools within assigned territories. This role focuses on building relationships with educational institutions, presenting the company's LMS platform, and converting opportunities into signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective schools in the designated region.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with school management, principals, and decision‑makers.
• Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations of the LMS platform and recorded course offerings.
• Explain the value proposition and benefits of the solution to educational stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with schools.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline using the company’s CRM system.
• Coordinate with implementation and support teams after onboarding.
• Submit regular activity and sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• CRM (experience using a customer relationship management system to track leads and opportunities).
