Business Development Manager – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join DoubleTick’s growing sales team in Mumbai. This entry‑level position focuses on prospecting new clients, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings for the sales team, offering a clear path for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach and other prospecting tools.
• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects by initiating conversations and understanding customer needs.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce DoubleTick’s conversational intelligence platform.
• Craft and send compelling outreach emails to engage prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are accurately qualified and handed over to account executives.
• Schedule product demos and meetings between potential customers and the sales team.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience or recent graduate eager to start a career in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Ability to research and qualify leads effectively.
