Business Development Manager - B2B Sales (PMC & Design Consulting)

About the role

Sparrow Shopfits is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate high‑value B2B opportunities for its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and design‑consulting services across retail, commercial and food‑and‑beverage projects.

Key responsibilities

• Research target companies, upcoming projects and decision‑makers; generate leads through LinkedIn, networking and outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong B2B pipeline and work with senior management on strategic accounts.
• Attend online and on‑site client meetings, understand project requirements and develop relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants and developers.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, company profiles and pitch materials, and assist in commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Maintain lead databases, follow‑up trackers and opportunity pipelines; track meetings, proposals and business development activities.

Required profile

• MBA in Marketing, Sales or Business Development (final‑year students or recent graduates accepted).
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in PMC, architecture, interior design, construction, real‑estate, retail, commercial or F&B sectors.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior professionals.
• Proactive, disciplined and eager to learn, with interest in high‑value corporate sales.
• Preferably based in Delhi‑NCR.
