Assistant Manager - Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Sales will drive adoption and revenue for KwikEngage, GoKwik’s high‑growth engagement platform for D2C brands. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own enterprise closures and build long‑term strategic partnerships with high‑value merchants across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow enterprise revenue for KwikEngage across your assigned region/zone.
• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting and discovery to closure.
• Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CXOs, and senior marketing/growth leaders at D2C brands.
• Drive performance against aggressive volume and revenue targets.
• Run solution‑led conversations, product demos, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams to align merchant needs with product capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong network in the D2C ecosystem with experience selling to senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and exceeding targets in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong storytelling, solution selling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable selling high‑growth/evolving products with ambiguity.
• High ownership mindset with strong follow‑up and pipeline discipline.
• Experience in SaaS sales (mandatory).
