Business Development Executive (Sales)

About the role

Connect2Learn is seeking a Business Development Executive to introduce prospective students and parents to its personalized learning programs. You will engage leads, build trust, and schedule free demo classes with our expert educators, helping learners unlock their potential.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain Connect2Learn’s programs.
• Schedule free demo classes by conducting informative conversations.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate course information.
• Follow up regularly to ensure demos are booked and attended.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead details and interaction status.
• Coordinate with counselors and operations teams for a seamless demo experience.
• Achieve daily and weekly demo‑booking targets.

Required profile

• Freshers and interns welcome; full training provided.
• Strong verbal communication and spoken English.
• Confidence interacting professionally with parents and students.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with enthusiasm to meet targets.
• Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate immediately.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
