Business Development Executive – Robotics & Oil & Gas

About the role

PetroBot Technologies, a robotics startup in Jaipur, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales of its industrial inspection robots for the Oil & Gas and NDT sectors. The role focuses on generating B2B leads, managing client interactions, and supporting tender processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B leads via GeM Portal, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
• Conduct cold calls, deliver pitches, and present robotic solutions to industrial clients.
• Serve as first point of contact, schedule technical demos, and maintain CRM records.
• Assist in preparing quotations, bids, and government tender documentation.
• Monitor competitor activities and track industry trends.

Required profile

• B.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience in NDT/Oil & Gas sales).
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B technical/industrial sales.
• Strong cold‑calling ability and target‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Immediate availability or notice period up to 15 days.
