Business Development Executive (On‑Site) – Vadodara

About the role

The Urban Chief is a performance‑marketing agency seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to generate new client opportunities. Based in Vadodara, you will work on‑site, engaging with founders, CEOs and marketing heads to understand their needs and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across targeted industries using LinkedIn, company websites and directories.
• Build and maintain prospect lists and conduct outbound outreach via calls, LinkedIn messages and email campaigns.
• Qualify leads based on business fit, urgency and decision‑making authority.
• Schedule and support discovery calls with qualified prospects.
• Keep the sales pipeline organized, updating CRM and trackers with call notes and prospect information.
• Coordinate with internal strategy, marketing and management teams before proposals or client conversations.
• Assist in preparing proposals, audits and presentations for the sales process.
• Track weekly and monthly outreach metrics, conversion rates and pipeline movement.

• Confident speaking with business owners and senior professionals.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and persistent follow‑ups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, disciplined and able to track activities and follow‑ups.
• Curious about businesses, marketing and growth, and able to learn quickly.
