Business Development Executive – Onsite (Bhubaneswar)

About the role

Lawkraft.ai is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join its Bhubaneswar office. You will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding relationships with advocates and law firms across India, showcasing our AI‑powered legal technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients in the legal sector.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and product demos.
• Maintain and update a robust sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Collaborate with product and customer‑success teams to address client needs.
• Gather market feedback, support marketing campaigns, and represent the company at events.
• Document all sales activities accurately and consistently.

Required profile

• Strong business development and sales capabilities, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication with the ability to deliver compelling product demos.
• Basic understanding of legal services or a strong interest in legal technology.
• Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work onsite in Bhubaneswar, manage time effectively, and operate both independently and within a team.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, law or related field; prior B2B or SaaS sales experience is a plus.
