Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive growth for Apex Skill Technologies by expanding its network with colleges, student communities, and industry partners. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Vijayawada and focuses on identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline targeting educational institutions and industry partners.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new partnerships.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client requirements.
• Gather market feedback and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and oversee smooth onboarding and support for partners.

Required profile

• Proven ability in new business development and lead generation.
• Experience in business and account management to nurture partner relationships.
• Strong communication skills for presentations and stakeholder interactions.
• Relevant experience in EdTech, education services, or B2B sales is advantageous.
• Ability to work with targets, manage pipelines, and use CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to work on‑site in Vijayawada.
