Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth for our drone sales, survey, and training services. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will identify new market opportunities and build strong client relationships across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and marketing plans to meet revenue targets.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Present the benefits and applications of drone solutions to prospective clients.
• Negotiate, close sales, and follow up on tender bids, EOI/RFQ documents, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with technical and management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track marketing budget, sales reports, and lead databases.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Educational background such as MBA, BBA, BTech, or related certification.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
