Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to manage incoming leads for our construction and real‑estate projects. You will engage prospective customers, understand their needs and convert qualified leads into paying clients.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers using the mobile numbers/leads supplied by the company.
• Gather information on customer requirements, budget, location and construction needs.
• Explain BUILDONCLICK’s services, construction process, offerings and value proposition.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
• Follow up regularly via calls and WhatsApp, handling questions, concerns and objections.
• Convert qualified leads into meetings, site visits and ultimately paying clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow‑ups and lead status in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead‑conversion targets.
• Coordinate with senior sales/project team for quotations, site visits and closing.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, persuasive and good listening abilities.
• Strong follow‑up, negotiation and target‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and systematic follow‑ups.
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, real‑estate, construction, insurance, banking or business development is a plus; freshers with strong communication are welcome.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with CRM or sales software.
