Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, guiding prospects through product demos and the sales process. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can build strong client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries via phone and email.
• Schedule and conduct online demo sessions using screen‑sharing tools.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address client needs.
• Understand customer requirements and answer questions effectively.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with potential clients.
• Guide customers through the sales funnel with consistent follow‑up.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for seamless lead handover.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate interaction and activity records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport quickly.
• Goal‑oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with virtual meeting and screen‑sharing platforms.
• Experience using a CRM system to track sales activities.
