Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support our purchase team in managing existing and target clients, launching new products, and driving business growth. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, and purchase functions, as well as representing the company at conferences and client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to the purchase team to manage current and target clients and achieve annual financial targets.
• Assist in launching new products and ensure they become part of regular business.
• Support marketing and purchase teams for client meetups at conferences and routine visits.
• Maintain monthly business data and prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for potential clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and client base.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare an annual business report, analyze data, and suggest improvements for cost‑effective operations and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with purchase and sales teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Travel domestically and internationally with purchase or sales teams for supplier or buyer meetings, trade shows, conferences, or client engagements.
• Represent the company professionally during all business‑related interactions and events.
• Perform miscellaneous day‑to‑day tasks and maintain MIS reporting.
• Continuously improve the listed duties and processes.
