Sales Executive – Industrial Capacitors

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote our range of industrial capacitors and related power‑quality solutions. The role involves generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers across Surat and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers, panel builders, OEMs, dealers and distributors.
• Promote industrial capacitors such as PFC, DC Link, Snubber and Power Capacitors.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, provide samples and process orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Prepare regular sales and customer‑visit reports.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma/B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial electrical product sales.
• Knowledge of capacitors, electrical panels, switchgear or power‑quality products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits; candidates based in Surat or nearby areas preferred.
• Two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
