Business Development Executive – Inside Sales

About the role

Skyy Rider Electric is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and client acquisition for its electric‑vehicle business. The role focuses on inbound and outbound outreach, relationship management, and converting prospects into revenue while maintaining a professional, customer‑centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and prospects, ensuring excellent communication and follow‑up.
• Draft and send professional cold emails, proposals, and other business communications.
• Convert leads into successful business opportunities through effective persuasion and relationship management.
• Prepare business presentations, reports, and proposals using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
• Maintain and update client databases and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and maintain competitor knowledge.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversions and business growth.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; freshers and candidates looking to restart their career are welcome.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities with a result‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience in drafting professional cold emails and proposals.
