Business Development Executive – EV Sector

About the role

Skyy Rider Electric, a fast‑growing electric‑vehicle manufacturer, is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join its Bhubaneswar office. The role focuses on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue while supporting the company’s expansion in national and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls with professional communication and timely follow‑up.
• Draft and send cold emails, proposals, and other business correspondence.
• Convert qualified leads into business opportunities through effective persuasion and relationship management.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Docs, Slides, Sheets.
• Maintain and update client databases and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and monitor competitors.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and overall business growth.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; freshers and career‑restart candidates are welcome.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
• Strong telephone etiquette and confidence in client conversations.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Result‑oriented mindset with good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
