Business Development Executive – Education & STEM Labs

About the role

We are seeking energetic and confident Business Development Executives to expand Trinovate’s presence across schools and colleges in Odisha. The role is highly field‑oriented, requiring frequent travel to educational institutions to meet decision‑makers, understand their needs and propose STEM, robotics, IoT and innovation lab solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit schools and colleges throughout Odisha and meet principals, directors and other decision‑makers.
• Identify opportunities for new STEM/Robotics/IoT labs, lab upgrades, equipment and training programmes.
• Assess existing facilities, requirements and future plans of each institution.
• Present Trinovate’s solutions for lab setup, training, operations, maintenance and technical support.
• Generate new institutional leads through field visits, phone calls and outreach activities.
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into signed business.
• Maintain a database of target institutions, meetings, requirements and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with Trinovate’s technical team to prepare suitable proposals and solutions.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, B.Tech or related).
• Freshers welcome; no prior experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with senior school officials.
• Confident and proactive in approaching new institutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and clearly communicate solutions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in the field.

What we offer

• Fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month.
• Travel allowance (TA/DA) provided separately for approved official travel and field visits.
