About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to work remotely and drive sales of paid consultation appointments for parents and students. You will be responsible for generating new leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
- Sell paid consultation appointments to parents and students.
- Conduct expectation‑setting calls to ensure consultation show‑ups.
- Close deals by understanding client pain points and aligning solutions.
- Follow the prescribed sales process and scripts meticulously.
- Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities and data.
Required profile
- 0.6–2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or related roles.
- Proven ability to sell products or services over the phone.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage, listen, and influence prospects effectively.
- Ambitious, results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving high earnings.
