About the role
The Business Banking Working Capital Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring new asset relationships, managing a portfolio of 30‑40 BBG clients, and delivering high‑net‑worth relationship management across the assigned geography.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads with branch teams, update CRM, and ensure full lead conversion.
- Scope markets, identify high‑potential customers, and drive product penetration.
- Maintain regular client calls, document interactions in CRM, and monitor portfolio performance.
- Coordinate pre‑ and post‑disbursement documentation, including legal, valuation, and deferral closure.
- Cross‑sell liabilities, corporate salary accounts, and other asset products to existing relationships.
- Provide daily servicing such as cheque referrals, cash transactions, trade & FX operations, and LC/BG issuance.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and trade desks to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Monitor portfolio yield and work to improve return on capital.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business banking or relationship management with a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of working‑capital products, trade finance, and foreign‑exchange services.
- Ability to meet volume and profitability targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Excellent coordination skills with internal stakeholders such as credit, operations, and trade teams.
