About the role
The Associate Customer Service Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a rural branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with banking policies. This position is responsible for maintaining the branch’s operational excellence, supporting retail banking products, and safeguarding all branch documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch administration, ensuring strict adherence to bank policies and procedures.
- Manage customer service delivery, handling cash transactions, account creation, and KYC verification.
- Maintain high audit ratings and ensure accurate documentation of applications, loans, and other banking forms.
- Partner with business units to implement compliance, lending, and operational risk practices.
- Drive quality initiatives, process optimization, and the use of automation and digitisation tools to improve turnaround times and service level agreements.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE or equivalent).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in banking or a related financial services environment.
